To foster inclusive innovation, we organized an interactive event with senior participants, inviting them to engage with early-stage concepts of future mobility. The goal was to directly integrate their insights, concerns, and aspirations into the development process. Through a series of interactive trigger materials, participants shared valuable feedback, helping to shape these mobility ideas to better suit the needs and preferences of an aging population. This collaborative approach ensures that future mobility solutions are designed with real user insights, paving the way for more accessible and impactful innovations.

The Trigger Material Workshop aimed to equip the team with the skills to develop and effectively use trigger materials during target group interactions. Building on the previously defined future scenario, the team, led by EGGS Part of Sopra Steria, engaged in an idea generation session focused on mobility solutions to enhance the freedom of movement for the elderly. The group prioritized and merged concepts, collaboratively shaping several innovative mobility solutions for the future. Early prototypes of these ideas were created and discussed for further refinement.
Scenario Workshop

During a Scenario Workshop, participants built on earlier insights by transforming megatrends and emerging signals into future contexts and visualized future scenarios. The session also focused on exploring broad concepts for potential future artifacts in the specific scenario.
By the end of the workshop, the group had aligned on a shared vision of the future context for the next stage of their project. This agreed-upon scenario will serve as the foundation for developing trigger materials and prototypes in collaboration with the target audience, guiding future innovation and strategic development.
Megatrends and Emerging Signals Workshop

During the Megatrends and Emerging Signals Workshop, participants took insights from prior explorations of societal mega trends and emerging signals and converted them into tangible future scenarios. The session focused on understanding the potential impacts of these trends on future mobility for an aging population. During the workshop, participants delved into various megatrends and signals, discussing their implications for society. By the end, they developed a shared understanding of both current and potential future situations, pinpointing key areas for further development. This collaborative effort laid the groundwork for creating areas of interest for future development in our future scenario, setting the stage for innovative solutions tailored to evolving societal needs.
